We stock LED video wall panels, LED processors, LCD video walls, large-format displays and touchscreens in two warehouses, in Orlando, Florida and Toronto (Oakville), Ontario, and ship dry-hire or with APG technicians to your show.

When you sub-rent from APG, your client stays your client.  We do not rent to end users.

Every LED order ships with spare modules and spare panels.

Hardware that ships with LED panels

• Hanging headers / flying bars and base bars / ground stacks
• Curve kits and corner pieces (flat, corner and curve BeMatrix/Aluvision skins available)
• Power and data looms, jumpers and spares
• Road cases

Freight, turnaround and cross-border

• Warehouses: Orlando, FL, USA (9436 Southridge Park Ct., Suite 600) and Oakville, ON Canada (2880 Brighton Rd, Suite 1).
• Cross-border: with stock on both sides of the border, US shows ship from Orlando and Canadian shows from Toronto. APG handles all logistics if required by our clients.
• Turnaround: Same-day / next-day / 24-hour pickup is available
• Freight: APG manages shipments if require or pickup from APG dock.

Colour calibration

We calibrate, pixel check, and colour-balance our LED walls in-house. We can prep and test-build your wall in our warehouse before it ships.

Technicians when you need them

Dry-hire is standard. When you need extra hands, APG LED technicians can join your crew for prep, build, show and strike, working with your team. 24/7 technical support is available for the whole rental.

Do you cross-rent LED panels to other AV companies? 

Yes. Sub-rentals to AV, staging and exhibit companies are our core business. We supply LED panels, processors and displays wholesale from Orlando and Toronto, dry-hire or with technicians.

Will you contact or quote my client? 

No. On a sub-rental you are our client. We work under your company and technicians wear unbranded or your uniform on request.

Do you run NovaStar or Brompton? 

Our processing is NovaStar and Brompton

How fast can you ship panels? 

Depending on the size of the request we can accomodate last minute rentals.  Our equipment is prepped and ready to go for your show.

Do you ship to Canada and the US? 

Yes. We stock inventory in Orlando, FL and Oakville, ON (Toronto), so we can supply shows on either side of the border.
